Frequently Asked Questions
Do I have to do anything to migrate my Stocky data?
Not much. Sign up, connect your Shopify store, and we handle the import. We'll confirm when everything is ready and walk you through anything that needs a second look.
Will I lose my average cost history?
No — that's exactly what we're here to prevent. We import your Stocky receiving history and continue your weighted average cost calculations from where they left off.
What's the deadline to get the free migration?
Sign up before July 31, 2026 and the full Stocky import is free. After that, data migrations are available as part of our standard onboarding.
What if I'm not already a Bookkeep customer?
No problem. Bookkeep Inventory is available as a standalone product. You don't need to use Bookkeep's accounting automation to use the inventory tool — though the two work well together if you want them to.
What happens to my data after Stocky shuts down?
Once Stocky goes offline, access to your data through that app will end. That's why we recommend migrating before August 31 — ideally well before, so there's no last-minute pressure.
Can I still manage purchase orders the same way?
Yes. Bookkeep Inventory supports the same core PO workflow — create, send, receive into Shopify. If you have more complex needs (ERP, 3PL), the Purchase Order API covers those too.
