# Line Level Location Mapping for QuickBooks in Bookkeep

Bookkeep now supports **mapping QuickBooks Locations at the line level**, giving you significantly more flexibility and control over how your data is categorized and reported.

## What’s New

Previously, Bookkeep allowed you to assign **one Location per journal entry** in QuickBooks. This meant all lines within that entry were grouped under the same Location.

With this enhancement, you can now:

- **Map different Locations to individual lines within the same entry**  
- Align your accounting data more precisely with how your business operates

## Why This Matters

Line-level Location mapping enables more accurate and granular reporting in QuickBooks by allowing you to:

- Track performance across **multiple locations within a single entry**
